About the engineering geology office Bohné
The engineering geology office Bohné was founded in 1990 in Bonn by Dipl.-Geol. BDG Björn Bohné. The office provides services in the specialist fields of subsoil investigation, hydrogeology, geothermal energy and contaminated site exploration. Its range of services includes subsoil reports and foundation consulting for building and engineering construction as well as sewer and road construction, complemented by an in-house soil mechanics laboratory. In the field of hydrogeology, groundwater exploration, infiltration reports, groundwater models and flood assessments are prepared. For geothermal projects, the office carries out feasibility studies, planning, approval procedures and construction supervision for borehole heat exchangers, probe fields and well systems. In the field of contaminated sites, it performs exploration, hazard assessment and remediation planning in accordance with BBodSchG and BBodSchV, as well as pollutant reports. Clients include public-sector clients such as ministries, cities and municipalities, planning offices and private building owners.
