INGPLAN-Hamburg Rohstoffmanagement GmbH was founded in 1966 and is active in raw material trading, plastics recycling and plastics processing. The company, based in Seevetal near Hamburg, purchases single-grade thermoplastic and engineering plastic waste from the manufacturing industry and processes it into ground material and regranulate, which is returned to industry. Contract services offered include grinding to grain sizes of 4 to 25 mm, regranulation and colouring. From recyclates, INGPLAN itself produces plastic semi-finished products (sheets) made of PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC and PET in thicknesses of 1.0 to 21.0 mm and widths up to 1,600 mm, as well as injection-moulded articles and pressed products. Established product lines are plastic load-bearing plates and surrounds for road covers in the gas and water supply network. Customers come from civil engineering, gas and water supply, container and pipeline construction, vehicle and mechanical engineering, landscaping/garden and landscape construction, stable construction and the production of promotional items. The portfolio is complemented by disposal concepts, container provision, packaging and transport with its own vehicles.

Quality
The load-bearing plates are regularly tested technically by the external inspection of MPA Hannover; the producers are certified according to ISO 9001:2000. Verified are temperature resistance down to -18 °C and a 2.3-fold higher strength compared to concrete.
