INJA Industrietechnik GmbH from Falkensee is a partner for special-purpose machine building, design and toolmaking. The company was founded more than 30 years ago as INDUSTRIETECHNIK JANZ in Brieselang and today stands for tailor-made solutions for industry and the trades. Its range of services extends from CAD design and CNC manufacturing of precision parts to complete assembly and commissioning. In special-purpose machine building, the company produces ergonomic manual workstations, flexible roller trolleys and stable machine frames made from aluminium system profiles. The in-house toolmaking department manufactures moulds, jigs and fixtures and special tools as well as high-precision milled parts in single-part production and small series – including hardening processes and surface treatment. The machine fleet includes, among others, a 5-axis milling machine from Deckel Maho, a surface grinding machine and a hardening furnace.
