About us
inkoop Verbrauchermärkte GmbH is a family-owned company from Delmenhorst, founded in 1963 by Helmut Kosten. Today, the company operates nine consumer markets, two E-Centers (self-service department stores), one koopje city market and three beverage markets in Delmenhorst, Bremen-Habenhausen, Ganderkesee, Brinkum, Harpstedt, Bassum, Bookholzberg and Moordeich, with a total sales area of approximately 24,000 square meters. Around 700 employees supply about 10,000 customers daily with groceries, fresh baked goods, fish and cheese specialties, and meat products from regional partner businesses. In its own production kitchen, handmade HEIMVORTEIL products and gourmet platters for a platter service are produced. The product range includes certified products with BIO, Demeter and ASC labels. Further services include a sushi bar, pre-orders at the fresh food counters, the inkoop-TAXI shuttle service, Retter-Tüten bags for food rescue, and PAYBACK.
