About Inlevel
Inlevel GmbH is a manufacturer of systems for the automated and autonomous inspection of products as well as the monitoring of machine and process output. Founded in 2016 by experts with over 20 years of experience in industrial image processing and headquartered in Aachen, the company develops optical measurement and inspection systems for inline surface inspection and measurement of extruded profiles made of rubber, TPE, PVC and plastics, including elastomer seals, PVC window frame profiles, and hoses and tubes. The systems enable 360° monitoring, detect the smallest surface defects and dimensional deviations, automatically mark and cut out defective sections, and correct the production process during ongoing operation. AI-based process control optimizes startup phases and increases overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). In addition to turnkey solutions, Inlevel offers system customization, services and system integration. Sales, service, R&D and production (software/hardware development and assembly) are located in Aachen and São Paulo, Brazil.
