Friction lining specialist with over 60 years of experience

INNO FRICTION GmbH, headquartered in Hamm/Sieg, develops and manufactures friction linings and tribological components for automotive and industrial applications. The product portfolio includes clutch facings, dual-clutch facings, brake linings, friction linings for elevators and wind turbines, dry- and wet-running plain bearing bushings, vibration dampers and high-temperature-resistant transport rollers for rolling mill technology. In addition to production at the main Hamm/Sieg site, the INNO FRICTION Vellberg GmbH, acquired in 2024, manufactures friction and sliding materials at the Vellberg location. The company produces asbestos-free and solvent-free friction materials as well as functional fiber composite materials and operates a testing field with freely programmable test benches as well as a laboratory and pilot plant. Originating from the TEXTAR lining production of 1962, INNO FRICTION serves customers worldwide with around 140 employees, including the automotive industry, drive technology and electric motor manufacturers. With the acquisition of the TMD Group's Industrial Friction business unit (COSID® brand), the portfolio was expanded to include brake bands, drum and disc brake linings.
