About INNO TAPE
INNO TAPE GmbH is a supplier specialised in adhesive tape converting, based in Alfeld (Leine), Lower Saxony. Founded in 2006, the company employs around 140 people and manufactures custom adhesive tape die-cut parts through cutting, laminating, plotting, laser cutting, die-cutting, cross-winding and hybrid production. At its core is an in-house developed hybrid machine that combines six processes: corona pre-treatment, coating/laminating, laser cutting, die-cutting, inline printing and 100% camera inspection (Tube Scan). Processed materials include single- and double-sided adhesive tapes, thermally conductive and electrical adhesive tapes, foams, protective and adhesion films, as well as EMI materials such as copper and aluminium foils and absorber polymer films. Target industries are automotive, electronics and electrical engineering, with applications such as attachment of components, display and sensor bonding, heat dissipation, EMI shielding, sealing, masking and protective films. The company supports customers from material consulting through prototyping to application concepts and is certified according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Materials & Processes
Adhesive tape converting
Further processing of single- and double-sided adhesive tapes into custom die-cut parts.
Laser cutting
Filigree contours from adhesive tapes, films and metal foils up to 250 mm web width.
Die-cutting
Rotary die-cutting of adhesive tape die-cut parts for series applications.
Laminating/Coating
Material joining and liner change according to customer specification.
Plotting
Flexible cutting of adhesive tapes and films, also for small quantities.
Cross-winding
Rewinding of adhesive tapes for further processing.
Corona pre-treatment
Improvement of the adhesion properties of plastic surfaces prior to bonding.
EMI shielding tapes (copper/aluminium)
Shielding of electromagnetic fields, dissipation of static charge and masking in galvanic processes.
Absorber polymer films
Damping of electromagnetic interference from the MHz to GHz range to protect electronic components.
Hybrid production
Laser cutting and die-cutting combined with pre-treatment, laminating, printing and 100% inspection in a single pass.
