About InnoCoat GmbH
InnoCoat GmbH, based in Nuremberg, is a certified service provider for the protective coating of electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Its range of services includes classic protective coating (conformal coating), potting, underfilling, corner bonding, glob-top, high-voltage insulation through electrically insulating powder coating, as well as cleaning and surface activation. Production ranges from manual one-off production for prototypes to automated series production; an in-house toolmaking department for fixtures and stencils enables rapid response to customer-specific requirements. Among the equipment used are an Epsys I-Jet selective coating system and the Epsys I-LED system for inspection and repair. Some employees have more than 20 years of experience in the field of protective coating. The company works for renowned national and international companies and corporations, including from the electronics, assembly manufacturing and electromechanics sectors as well as dental lighting. In addition, InnoCoat offers technical consulting and design support.
