About INNOPERFORM
INNOPERFORM® GmbH, headquartered in Malschwitz (Preititz), specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of innovative products with unique selling points. In the company's own R&D department, product ideas from employees and external inventors are brought to series maturity – from patenting via feasibility research, design and prototype construction (3D printing) to metrological validation. Production takes place primarily as plastic injection moulding in small and large series; for the arimeo® window reveal ventilator system, a highly automated 4K flow-hinge technology was set up, in which four materials are processed in the injection moulding cells. Further processes include cold welding of decorative profiles onto PVC windows and casting of capitols made of epoxy resin; metal articles are also produced in series. The products – including arimeo®, overflow seals, JUSTA® window fixing technology, water slot caps, decorative profiles, star holders and the PV measuring tool PrevoSax® – are aimed at window manufacturers, tradespeople, construction companies, housing associations and PV specialist companies. Production and R&D are located in Bautzen (Saxony).

Materials & Processes
PVC
Hard, smooth surface of foamed decorative profiles, which are fixed onto plastic windows by cold welding.
ASA plastic
Weather-resistant, scratch-resistant plastic matrix for water slot caps and star holders, installable even at low temperatures.
Epoxy resin
Used as cast plastic for capitols at intersection points of historically replicated windows.
Weather-resistant special plastic
For components with long-term weather resistance in the window sector.
Plastic injection moulding (4K flow-hinge technology)
Four materials are processed in the injection moulding cells; the process for arimeo® is patented.

Quality & Testing
The overflow seal has been tested at ift Rosenheim for air permeability and, according to assessment S 1212-00/15 of TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH, is approved for combustion air supply. A test certificate according to DIN EN IEC 61010-031 (VDE 0411-031) is available for PrevoSax®.
