InnoTec TSS AG is a publicly listed holding company based in Düsseldorf, listed on the regulated market of the Munich and Düsseldorf stock exchanges. The operating business is housed in subsidiaries of the construction supply industry and is organized into two divisions: door systems and construction specialties. The door systems business segment includes entrance door panels made of aluminium and plastic, construction glass for doors, windows and furniture, as well as sandwich panels and accessories; the main sites are Porta Westfalica and Cramonshagen. The construction specialties business segment consists of Reckli in Herne, which manufactures elastic molds and matrices made of plastic for the design of concrete surfaces. The most important sales markets are Europe, the Arab states and North America. In fiscal year 2025, the group generated revenue of 119.75 million euros and an EBIT of 8.37 million euros; the AG itself is a pure holding company without its own manufacturing.
