Its range of services includes consulting and profitability analyses, energy optimisation and energy audits, specialised design according to HOAI in all service phases 1 to 9, construction supervision and site management, project management, cost and schedule tracking, and BIM planning. The team of engineers, economists and technicians designs systems for heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical engineering, building automation, swimming pool technology, medical and technical gas supply, as well as fire alarm and fire-fighting systems. Industries served include residential construction, commercial construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, laboratory buildings and industry, sports facilities, environmental engineering and energy systems up to power plant installations. Reference projects include the Red Bull Arena Leipzig, Klinikum St. Georg, the University of Potsdam, the LOOP 5 Weiterstadt shopping centre and an Alstom combined-cycle power plant project in Ludwigshafen. The company is associated within the INNOTECH engineering network and also works internationally, for example on the Akropolis Sofia project in Bulgaria.

Quality assurance is carried out, among other things, through 3D model checking with Solibri Office, the methodology of the BIM planning component, and documented protocol and defect management software (iPROT, Dendrit Studio) from the initial concept to handover. On the construction site, construction supervision and site management ensure compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements.
