innotech Vertriebs GmbH is an owner-managed company for maintenance and servicing chemistry, founded in Regensburg in 1987. The range comprises more than 50 products in six product groups: special lubricating oils, cleaning and degreasing, maintenance specialties, metalworking fluids, high-performance greases and corrosion protection. The foundation is the patented tricomplex-Technology®, which combines cleaning, lubrication and protection in a single product and, via the innofluid® additive, enables surface smoothing and up to 30 % energy savings on drive chains. Production takes place according to in-house formulations together with a development and production company in Germany; distribution is exclusively via a dealer network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with partners including CHESAG, Henkes, W&P and TIEGEL GmbH. Customers include industry, trade and municipal maintenance operations, among them plastics processing, metalworking, the paper, automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as shipping and agriculture.

History
- 1987
Foundation of innotech Maßen & Stadler OHG in Regensburg-Lappersdorf as a technical specialty retailer with industry representation.
- 1988
Part cleaning and chemo-technical maintenance products become key products.
- 1990
First products under own label (SIS 105, rust remover 310, degreaser 201), cooperation with a Bavarian maintenance-chemistry producer, development of the high-performance maintenance oil 100 and the Tunjet aerosol filling system.
- 1992
Refounding as innotech Vertriebs GmbH, move to Junkersstraße, distribution exclusively to resellers, development of the Easy-Fill system.
