InnovaBack GmbH, based in Uelzen, develops and manufactures boiling fryers and deep-fry machines for the production of Berliner doughnuts, spritzkuchen and quarkbällchen. According to the company, the systems are designed entirely from the ground up in-house and manufactured in Germany, with Christoph Zaleski contributing many years of experience in stainless steel processing and plant engineering. The portfolio comprises the modular FGA eco line for 600 or 1,200 Berliners per hour as well as the automatic FG line for 960 to 5,040 Berliners per hour, which can be heated electrically or with thermal oil; fillers and a spritzkuchen machine are also available. A unique selling point is end-to-end digitalisation: sensors and motors are digitally controllable and evaluable, and the data is analysed via the cloud, enabling predictive maintenance and proactive fault detection. Target groups are bakeries, craft bakeries and bakehouses in fried-pastry production.
