Cooling technology and thermal management from Stammham
Since 1999, innovatek OS GmbH has been developing and producing compact water cooling systems, heat sinks and special cooling systems for industrial applications in Stammham (Bavaria). The portfolio of services includes consulting with thermal simulation, development, in-house CNC machining on 3- to 7-axis machining centers, additive manufacturing (3D printing), as well as testing and assembly of cooling systems. Products manufactured include housings, cast and welded parts, prototypes, test carriers, mold inserts and EDM electrodes; in addition, the company offers thermal interface materials such as thermal pastes, pads, adhesives, liquid metal and Peltier contact gel, as well as its own SC-series control systems and coolants. The cooling solutions are used in mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, opto-electronics, aerospace, radar and lidar technology, and in e-mobility, for example for charging stations, HPC charging cables, batteries and electric motors. Upon request, cooling systems can be equipped with UL certification for the North American market. The company operates more than 2,000 m² of development and production space in Stammham and is part of the Addtech Group.

Processes and materials
CNC machining (3–7-axis machining centers)
Machining of housings, cast and welded parts, prototypes, test carriers, mold inserts and EDM electrodes using modern CAD/CAM systems.
Additive manufacturing
In use in production and development since 2019 to increase flexibility in prototyping and for complex geometries.
Thermal interface materials (pastes, pads, adhesives, liquid metal, Peltier gel)
Fillers such as aluminum oxide, silver particles or ceramic powder as well as gallium-indium alloys ensure heat transfer between the heat source and the heat sink.
Proprietary control and monitoring systems (SC series)
Controllers with ModBus RTU, RS485, TCP/IP and USB for regulating and monitoring pressure, flow and temperature in cooling systems.
Coolants innovatek Protect IP / Protect PRO
Factory-matched coolants for long-term operation of the cooling systems.
