About innovatherm
innovatherm Prof. Dr. Leisenberg GmbH + Co. KG, headquartered in Butzbach, is a globally operating plant engineering company and equipment supplier for thermal process technology. The company supplies complete combustion systems with in-house developed burners, safety technology in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13577 and process control technology for furnaces and dryers, including the ProBake® system for anode baking furnaces, ProCeram for tunnel kilns and dryers in the ceramics industry, ProCast for production control in foundries and ProClean for flue gas cleaning. The combustion systems are designed for gaseous fuels (natural gas, butane, propane, hydrogen) and liquid fuels (light fuel oil, medium fuel oil, heavy fuel oil); high energy efficiency is achieved with proprietary pulse-firing technology. Proprietary products include side- and roof-gap burners, high-velocity burners, ignition burners, fine control valves and magnetic dosing valves, whose components are made of steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron, aluminium, bronze and silicon carbide. Main customers are the primary and secondary aluminium industry, the heavy ceramics industry, foundries as well as cathode and electrode manufacturing. A quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 has been certified since 1999.
