Innovationsfabrik Heilbronn (Stadtsiedlung Heilbronn)

About the Innovationsfabrik

The Innovationsfabrik Heilbronn is an office and innovation building operated by Stadtsiedlung Heilbronn in the Zukunftspark Wohlgelegen, directly on the Neckar riverbank. The light-flooded timber hybrid building offers flexibly bookable desks (Flex-Desks and Fix-Desks), ready-to-move-in offices for two, four or eight people, as well as a self-contained office unit for 22 workstations. Start-ups have access to a creative workshop with high floor load capacity, compressed air and high-voltage power directly at the workplace. The offering is complemented by modern meeting rooms, virtual offices with a prestigious business address, a ServicePoint, storage rooms, a 24/7 parcel station and showers. The Innovationsfabrik is aimed at start-ups, founders and companies with a focus on IT, software and life science; the IPAI Spaces, a real-world laboratory for Artificial Intelligence, are also located in the Zukunftspark Wohlgelegen.
