About Innovationsschmiede Saar
Innovationsschmiede Saar is a specialised service provider for 3D printing, 3D scanning and industrial metrology based in Beckingen in Saarland. The small start-up produces prototypes, models and end-use parts as well as large-format components using XXXL printing technology. With precise 3D scanning, objects of any size are captured, from small springs to complete vehicle bodies. GOM analyses provide nominal-actual comparisons between CAD data and real components for rapid error detection. Another focus is the reconstruction and production of vintage car spare parts that are no longer available: out-of-print components are scanned and reproduced. In addition, the company offers CAD construction and custom laser cutting according to customer requirements; functional and safety-relevant components are deliberately not produced.
