Innovative Orthopedic Technologies (IOT) is a Swiss medical technology company founded in 2006 by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Stefan Kreuzer together with engineer Manfred Menzi, based in Buchs in the St. Galler Rhine Valley. The company develops and manufactures positioning systems for orthopedic surgery, including the leg positioning systems ARCH and PURIST, the knee positioning system The RAMP, DAA TOP 360, and the MP XRAYCER. The products result from direct collaboration with surgical teams and are developed from conception through engineering and design to Swiss manufacturing, quality control, and distribution. The close proximity of the headquarters and manufacturing location in the Rhine Valley enables the implementation of concepts into precise, reliably designed systems for operating rooms worldwide. The offering is supplemented by a training and certification program (Level 1–3), IOT Studio Live video support, as well as service and maintenance with spare parts delivery times of at most two weeks.
