About InovisCoat

InovisCoat GmbH is a company specializing in high-tech functional coating as well as simple contract coating. A spin-off of AGFA Leverkusen, which was originally specialized in photographic films and papers, the company offers the entire process from a single source: from chemical development through paste production to continuous contract coating. With the multi-layer coating line “Phönix”, a wide variety of substrate materials such as film, paper and textiles can be coated with up to seven layers simultaneously, with each layer able to have its own functionality. Dry coating thicknesses of 500 nanometers to 100 micrometers can be achieved. The industry spectrum covers nanotechnological optical films (e.g. OLEDs, Glow-Tec®), pharmaceutical and medical technology (e.g. transdermal systems, diagnostics), security technology (e.g. ID cards, copy protection) and energy systems (conductive and barrier layers). The batch size range extends from research orders and small quantities through pilot production to mass production. The company's production and research site is located in Monheim am Rhein.
