Who we are
Insecotec GmbH is an owner-managed technology company based in Dresden specializing in the installation, commissioning and servicing of fully automated, ceiling-guided transport systems (OHT systems) in semiconductor manufacturing. The company works in highly sensitive cleanroom environments in which air, temperature, humidity and pressure are controlled and precision is a prerequisite for operation. The scope of services includes the assembly and alignment of ceiling rails, switches, curves and crossing elements, the installation of OHT vehicles and loading units, as well as the wiring of power rails and data lines. During commissioning, rails are measured to specified tolerances, controllers are parameterized, test runs are carried out and interfaces to process equipment, lift modules and stocker systems are checked. In ongoing operation, Insecotec performs maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair including the replacement of wear parts. In addition to its headquarters in Dresden, the mid-sized company maintains a branch office in Villach, Austria.

Quality and Safety
Quality and safety are understood as interconnected tasks; requirements from occupational safety, trade associations and customer-specific requirements are reviewed and translated into clear rules and processes. Assembled components are inspected and documented before handover, and tested functions and release steps during commissioning are likewise documented.
