Inselbräu Frauenchiemsee GmbH operates a brewery producing organic-quality beer as well as gastronomy establishments on the Fraueninsel in Chiemsee. The product range includes an unfiltered, bottom-fermented, alt-Bavarian-style brewed naturally cloudy Zwickel as well as a naturally cloudy wheat beer. In addition, there is a winery with wine tastings and an island schnapps. The company includes the Bräustüberl with traditional tavern cuisine and hot meals served from 11 am onwards, the Seestüberl with panoramic views of Chiemsee and space for up to 80 people, and the Ginistüberl with space for up to 25 people. The Seestüberl is suitable for family and company celebrations, weddings and conferences. The managing director is Daniel Hagen; the company is registered under HRB 17180 at the Traunstein local court.
