INSTAL Engineering GmbH was founded in 2012 by welding and aluminium specialist Dr.-Ing. Stefan Allmeier as a classic engineering office with a focus on steel and aluminium construction and has developed into a consulting and engineering service provider for companies in the steel and aluminium sector. The service portfolio covers corporate and technology consulting, interim management and engineering services along the entire value chain: from the design of plants and vessels, the development of solar substructures and FE calculations of aluminium and steel components to structural verifications in accordance with Eurocode, non-destructive testing (ultrasonic, visual, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing), external welding supervision and construction monitoring. The material focus is steel and aluminium. Customers come from the automotive, rail, plant and mechanical engineering and construction industries, including Alstom, Benteler, BMW, GROB, Krones, Robert Bosch, ThyssenKrupp and VW.
