About Integrated Optics
Integrated Optics, UAB is a Lithuanian company founded in 2012 and based in Vilnius that develops and manufactures ultra-compact laser sources for scientific and industrial applications. The product portfolio includes CW lasers, multi-wavelength lasers, Q-switched nanosecond lasers and tunable lasers, among others on the MatchBox® platform with a uniform 50×30 mm footprint and over 200 product variants. Production is based on the proprietary micro-optical assembly process POCB™ (Printed Optical Circuit Board), which with more than 30 robotic manipulators and in-house developed assembly stations enables quality-consistent low-volume/high-mix production. In addition, we have our own CNC machining, optics design and compact electronics development.Applications include Raman, fluorescence and LIBS spectroscopy, flow cytometry, super-resolution microscopy, quantum technologies, LiDAR and space applications; in 2025 a MatchBox laser was brought on board the first space-based quantum computer in LEO. 50% of products are sold to Germany; sales are handled via sales offices and distributors in more than 25 countries. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and operates according to LEAN principles with ERP-supported, complete traceability.
