International Process & Industrie Consult SA (IPIC) is a company of REFA Suisse GmbH with headquarters in Muralto/Locarno (canton of Ticino, Switzerland) and has been active in process consulting since 2008, initially as REFA International. The consulting services cover time studies according to REFA, multi-moment studies, ratio-delay determination, standard time determination, set-up time optimization (SMED), potential analyses, material flow design and factory planning, MTM, value stream design, cost accounting and controlling, remuneration systems as well as quality management including preparation for ISO certifications in cooperation with TÜO GmbH. The offering is complemented by certified trainings (REFA basic training, Lean Six Sigma, AI trainings) and the software TIME Tools (TimeStudy, MultiPro). Customers come from industries such as metal and electrical, automotive, machinery and plant engineering, chemicals, energy, logistics, pharmaceuticals and public administration, including Schaeffler México and PT Chubb Indonesia.
