About Internorm
Internorm is an Austrian window and door manufacturer headquartered in Traun, Upper Austria. The company manufactures plastic windows, plastic-aluminium windows, wood-aluminium windows and composite windows as well as aluminium and wood-aluminium entrance doors, lift-and-slide doors, patio doors, sun protection and insect protection – all made to customer specifications. The value chain includes its own PVC profile extrusion in Sarleinsbach, its own insulating glass and ESG production in Traun as well as wood/aluminium manufacturing in Lannach. Materials used are plastic (PVC), aluminium, woods such as spruce, larch, oak, ash and walnut, glass as well as foamed thermal insulation cores. The products are aimed at new construction and renovation in residential building and are distributed via qualified specialist retailers in Europe and beyond. Around 2,000 employees work across Europe; the third generation of the Klinger family leads the company on the executive board and supervisory board.
