About Interroll

Interroll develops and produces key components and systems for internal material flow logistics. The portfolio includes conveyor rollers and wheels, RollerDrive driven rollers, drum motors, controls and switch-mode power supplies, as well as modular conveyor platforms (MCP, HPP, MPP), sorting systems such as Crossbelt Sorters and Carton-Flow solutions for order picking and storage. Manufacturing takes place on in-house production lines, including roller production with around 60,000 different roller types per year and drum motors with speeds of 0.03 to 2.72 m/s. Materials used include steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as plastics such as PVC, polypropylene, POM, polycarbonate, glass-fibre reinforced polyamide and UHMW-PE, some with PU or NBR rubber coating. Customers come from industries such as airports, courier/express/parcel, e-commerce and retail, food and beverages, manufacturing logistics, tyres and automotive, and pharmaceuticals – including DHL and K&N. Founded in 1959, the company employs around 2,300 people at 36 subsidiaries and production facilities worldwide and generated revenue of CHF 527.1 million.
