About Interscience
Interscience is an independent French family business founded in 1979 that develops, manufactures and distributes products for microbiological analyses. The portfolio comprises gravimetric dilutors (Dilu Flow), laboratory homogenizers, dispensing pumps, automatic plating machines, colony counters and inhibition zone readers up to AI-based models (Scan Ai), incubator and real-time colony counters (ScanStation 100 to 300), Petri dish labeling solutions (data Link) as well as laboratory accessories. In addition, the company produces consumables such as filter bags, bags with culture medium (insta BAG), sterile sampling bags and autoclave deodorants. Customers are laboratories in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, environmental and veterinary sectors as well as public institutes and research. Manufacturing takes place in Puycapel in the Cantal department; on July 9, 2026, two new buildings were inaugurated there, doubling the production and storage capacities. Sales companies exist in the USA, Germany, Singapore, China and Japan.
