About Interstarch

Since 2011, Interstarch GmbH has been producing a broad range of native and modified wheat starches for business customers at its Elsteraue site. The product portfolio also includes vital wheat gluten; all products are sold under the registered trademark AllStarch. The ingredients are used in the food industry (including meat products, baked goods and confectionery), in the feed industry as a calorie source for animal husbandry, and in the non-food industry – for example paper manufacturing, textiles and construction – as binding and stabilizing agents. The raw materials are grown in Germany. The company employs process technologists, chemists and application specialists and offers technical support as well as tailor-made product solutions. Deliveries are made with customer-oriented logistics to partners in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia.
