About Inxpect

Inxpect is an Italian technology company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Brescia that develops and markets safety radar systems for industrial safety. The product portfolio includes FMCW radar sensors of the 200 series (including S201A-W, S203A-W, S202A-MV), control units with PROFIsafe, FSoE, CIP Safety, MODBUS and USB interfaces, and ruggedized versions (C201B-RA, C202B-RA) for harsh industrial environments. The sensors create three-dimensional virtual protective fields to monitor access to hazardous areas, prevent machine start-up when people are present, and provide collision protection for overhead cranes and robotic cells. The radar technology is insensitive to light, dust, chips, smoke and liquids, where optical sensors frequently fail. The offering is complemented by software (Inxpect Safety Studio, Inxpect Safety Application), accessories, and integration into the UR+ ecosystem of Universal Robots. Inxpect is represented with offices in Italy, Germany (Heßdorf), the USA (Milwaukee) and China (Beijing), as well as a global sales and partner network.
