About iocto – Made to Measure since 1984
iocto GmbH, based in Hofheim am Taunus, develops and manufactures industrial metrology, sensors and automation solutions. The product range includes humidity sensors (dew point, air humidity, water-in-oil), the Oil-TEC water detection system, differential pressure sensors for hydraulic systems as well as sound level meters and data loggers. In addition to the production of measuring instruments, systems and sensors, iocto offers automation services in accordance with GAMP 5: project planning, PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley and others), electrical engineering design, control cabinet construction (CE, UL, ATEX), PAS-X MES integration as well as installation, commissioning and maintenance. Housings and sensor chambers are manufactured, among other things, from stainless steel. The company's own accredited calibration laboratory calibrates electrical measuring instruments; since September 2026, the calibration laboratory of F.E.S. GmbH in Dippoldiswalde has also been part of iocto. Customers come from the pharmaceutical and food industries, heat treatment plants, hydraulics, the aircraft industry, battery cell manufacturing as well as environment and transport. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
