About IONTIS Elektrostatik
IONTIS Elektrostatik GmbH is a family-owned company based in Efringen-Kirchen (Baden-Württemberg), founded in 2009 by Thomas Ludwig. The company develops and manufactures components and systems for industrial electrostatics: discharge electrodes, blow nozzles, ionizing blowers, ionizing air guns, passive ionizers, charging electrodes, pinners, high-voltage generators, as well as measuring, control and data recording systems. All in-house products of the E, F and A series are produced entirely in-house in Germany and manufactured as custom-built units in customer-ordered lengths; special designs with special connectors, mounting aids, colors or customer logos are possible. At the core of the product range is the 24-VDC technology with integrated high-voltage generation, which enables distances up to 2000 mm without air support and web speeds up to 2000 m/min. In addition to its own production, IONTIS performs the final inspection for products from its British partner Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Ltd. Customer industries include plastics, converting, printing, packaging, textiles, consumer goods, life sciences, furniture, automotive and electronics. More than 1300 customers in 38 countries purchase from a portfolio of 66 products.

Quality
During manufacturing, in-process functionality checks are performed; for the E5000 electrode, for example, three intermediate inspections up to the final test. A thorough final inspection is carried out for in-house products as well as for products of the partner Fraser delivered from abroad.
