IONTO-COMED is a family-owned company founded in 1979 and based in Karlsruhe, which develops and manufactures professional solutions for aesthetic treatments, wellness/SPA and podology. The portfolio includes cosmetic devices (e.g. GlowSolution hydrodermabrasion, ultrasound, microneedling, microdermabrasion, vaporizers, multi-function devices), cosmetic, wellness, massage and vibroacoustic treatment beds as well as cabin equipment such as cabinets, trolleys, work stools, magnifying lamps and hot-towel warmers. The offering is complemented by the Professional Care skincare line (masks, serums, creams) and consumables. Development and manufacturing take place in Germany; the production site in Nischwitz near Leipzig has served as the development, production and logistics center since 1990. Customers include beauty salons, cosmetics institutes, nail studios, podology practices, alternative practitioners as well as spas, hotels and leisure pools in Germany and internationally. The company operates six showrooms, its own training academy (IHB Akademie) and a technical service for maintenance and repair.
