About IOTA Group
The IOTA Group is a global staffing and international project delivery service provider founded in Switzerland in 1982. The company offers Employer-of-Record services, Technical Consulting, International Payroll as well as Recruitment and Headhunting, and deploys specialists and engineers for industrial projects in dozens of countries. Since its first assignments in power generation, IOTA has specialized in industries such as Oil & Gas, mining, nuclear energy, power generation, renewable energy and infrastructure. More than 100 in-house specialists support the Technical Consulting, 60 talent acquisition specialists are available for recruiting; since its founding, 50,000 consultants have been deployed, and 100 nationalities are represented in the network. Since 2024, the group has had a stronger presence in Asia through the acquisition of an established Chinese company. Headquarters are in Mies in the Canton of Geneva, with further activities in France under the validity of the certifications.
