About ipa-plast

ipa-plast® KG, based in Nuremberg, manufactures plastic packaging from thermoplastics using the injection molding process. The product range includes plastic jars, screw-top and flip-top jars, snap-lid jars, cream jars, pots, tubes, tablet tubes, laboratory vessels, measuring cups, measuring spoons, transport containers, push-in stoppers and child-resistant originality closures. Since 1966, the company has been one of the pioneers in thermoplastics processing and supplies companies operating worldwide from the pharmaceutical, medical, drugstore, dietary supplement and cosmetics sectors. All manufacturing steps remain in-house: from 3D-CAD design with SolidWorks, through in-house tool and jig making with CAM integration (SolidCam), to production, decoration by direct printing or labeling, and packaging and shipping. Production ranges from small series of 1,000 pieces up to large series of 1 million pieces. In addition, the company offers concept development, assembly, picking, repackaging and end-customer delivery.
