IPO Konstruktionen is a sole proprietorship based in Hamburg (Wohldorfer Straße 2, 22081) and supports customers as an engineering partner for mechanical engineering, steel construction, lightweight construction, plant engineering and automation. The service portfolio includes market analyses and concepts, project engineering, 3D CAD design, FEM analyses and simulations, structural calculations including linear strength verifications, technical documentation, 3D printing and prototype construction, as well as production support and supplier selection. In addition, ergonomic handling systems are distributed, in particular electronically controlled rope balancers and articulated-arm rope balancers as rail or column units – as a cooperation partner of Liftkon GmbH in northern Germany, with rope balancers up to 900 kg load capacity. Also available are individually developed load suspension devices and gripper systems up to heavy-duty applications as well as complete transport and assembly systems. With its own patented modular load carrier system MLS-Flex made of 100 % recycled plastic, the company addresses efficient and sustainable material logistics in industry, production and intralogistics.
