About us
IPS INGENIEUR- UND PLANUNGSBÜRO SICHTING is an independent engineering and planning office in Weimar specialising in building services engineering. Its range of services covers the design, tendering and award of electrical and building services projects, site supervision, coordination and settlement of construction measures as well as consultancy services and integrated planning using BIM. The office covers cost groups 410–460, including low-voltage/high-current installations, information and communication systems, conveyor systems as well as wastewater, water and gas systems, heat supply and HVAC systems; it also has experience in lift planning in accordance with DIN EN 81-70/81-71. Over the past 20 years, around 230 projects with an investment volume of 85 million euros have been realised. Clients come from the public sector and culture, from educational institutions, senior and care facilities, from industry, research and development, office and administrative buildings as well as residential construction.
