About ips-Werkzeugtechnik

ips-Werkzeugtechnik GmbH, based in Schliengen, develops and manufactures punching tools, punching units, stamping units, punching fixtures, pneumatic and hydraulic bench presses, as well as custom special-purpose machinery and automated production systems. Based on standardized individual modules and specially developed changeover kits, system solutions are created for punching, piercing, cutting, notching, embossing, pressing and crimping; work steps such as laser cutting, laser welding, sawing, milling, drilling and thread cutting are also integrated. Machining is performed on materials such as aluminium, steel (including steel tube and deep-drawing sheet) and plastics such as PP polypropylene. Contract manufacturing by wire EDM (workpieces up to 1050 x 820 x 305 mm, max. 1500 kg) and CNC cylindrical grinding is also offered. Special-purpose machines are engineered according to the customer's requirements specification, with design in SolidWorks, CE marking with hazard analysis in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, commissioning at the customer's site, spare parts supply and complete documentation. Customers come from industries such as automotive, the solar industry, HVAC technology, the furniture industry and machine tool construction.
