About IPTASYS
IPTASYS GmbH is a sensor and AI company based in Ulm that develops and produces modular, AI-supported sensor systems. The offering includes radar and SAR systems for LEO, MEO and GEO missions, MIMO radar integration on UAVs and helicopters, miniaturized near-ground radar and through-wall detection systems, as well as marine radar and sonar data integration. Products include LifeScan Drone (human detection), SOMAS (Soldier Protection System) and VitaScan Radar (contactless vital parameter measurement). Value creation is fully in-house: electronics design, FPGA architectures, radiation-hardened electronics, AI integration, onboard data fusion and certified production according to DIN EN 9100 – from simulation and rapid prototyping through to series production. Customers include Liebherr, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Fraunhofer FHR and Fraunhofer FKIE. Production takes place in a certified partnership with Liebherr Electronics. In addition to its own developments, IPTASYS also carries out contract developments for other companies and offers cybersecurity solutions.
