ISH-Systems GmbH is a specialist metal engineering company based in Hüfingen in the Schwarzwald-Baar district. The company manufactures to customer drawings or based on its own 3-D designs – from simple cut-outs to complete workpieces through to assembled and tested mechanical or electromechanical system components, as single parts or in series production. The value chain includes laser cutting, press brake bending, edge rounding, robotic welding and the assembly of system components for mechanical and plant engineering. Steel and stainless steel are processed; the machine park includes, among others, a Trumpf 2525 flatbed laser system (3200 W, 2500 x 1250 x 115 mm) and a Trumpf Trubend 5230 press brake (230 t, bending length 3000 mm). Product portfolio: machine frames and machine systems incl. cladding panels, machine safety guards (SG-Line, SM-Line), start-up protection, crash protection barriers and guardrail systems as well as loading and unloading systems for production automation. Design data is output as STEP, IGES, DXF and MI. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, metal engineering and plant safety/production safety.
