About ISMT B.V.
ISMT B.V. has been a specialist in the processing of plastic foams since 1972, with the business divisions 'Acoustics & Insulation' (construction) and 'Protect & Present' (industry). Under the SIREX® brand, the company manufactures custom semi-finished products and components from cross-linked PE foam and EVA foam, including packaging inserts, underlays for acoustic floor assemblies, expansion joint fillers for infrastructure construction, swimming pool covers, and protective and sleeping mats for defence and aid organisations. Processing techniques include thermal flame lamination (roll/block), splitting, self-adhesive coating, thermoforming, sawing and edge finishing, CNC cutting and CNC milling, waterjet cutting (tolerance ±0.1 mm), laser coding, embossing and assembly. ISMT supports OEM projects from design through prototyping to series production with Golden Sample approval. Production takes place at the headquarters in Haarlem (Waarderpolder, NL); a branch in Stuttgart serves the German market. Customers come from construction, infrastructure, the packaging industry, defence, sports and high-tech; the company has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995.

EVA foam
