The foundation is a set of proprietary sealing and insulation materials such as special paraffin, sealing plaster, combi-flex sealing and liquid polymer, which have been developed in-house for over 30 years in collaboration with scientists and construction experts. Implementation is carried out through a franchise network of more than 85 regional specialist companies with around 150 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Mallorca. The group has carried out more than 120,000 renovations and completes around 10,000 projects annually on single-family homes, multi-family houses, public buildings, commercial properties and listed buildings. In 2024 the system headquarters moved to the ISOTEC Campus in Bergisch Gladbach.
