IST Pumpen und Dosiertechnik GmbH develops and manufactures customized pump solutions in Wiehl-Marienhagen for the transport, dosing and filling of liquids and viscous media. The product portfolio includes robust industrial pumps for aggressive, viscous and abrasive media as well as hygienic pumps for sensitive applications in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Under the Made to Pump brand, every pump is individually tailored to customer requirements, including special conveyed media, extreme conditions and custom interfaces. Since acquiring Idel Maschinenbau GmbH in 2003, the company has had its own machines for turning, milling and steel construction, ensuring manufacturing depth and flexibility. The development department designs complete systems that integrate seamlessly into customers' production processes; in-house pre-assembly with test runs guarantees smooth commissioning. Customers come from the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, automotive and chemical industries as well as the petroleum industry, for which large-scale systems have been delivered, among others, to Saudi Arabia.
