Founded in 2007, IT manufaktur GmbH is a system house operating nationwide, with its headquarters in Eltville in the Rheingau region. The company supports small and medium-sized enterprises across the entire lifecycle of their IT and telecom infrastructure: from requirements analysis and consulting, through the procurement and distribution of hardware and software, to installation, configuration and ongoing support. The range of services covers the setup of PC workstations and telephone systems, the planning and implementation of IT networks including firewalls, switches and VPN, server, storage and backup solutions, security solutions, and the migration of data, IT structures and servers. In addition, IT manufaktur offers a user helpdesk with an emergency hotline, proactive system maintenance and monitoring, remote maintenance for Windows and Mac, web design and hosting, as well as leasing brokerage and warranty processing.
