The company offers post-silicon validation, product testing, laboratory services, PCB development and testing, system testing and evaluation, as well as test automation. In addition, ITAM Services provides engineering capacity by integrating experienced engineers into customer projects as a team extension; consulting and project management complete the service portfolio. The headquarters with the main laboratory is located in the INTERA Technology Park in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and an office with an electronics laboratory is located in the BlueChip Office Tower in Graz (Austria). The team combines more than 25 years of combined industry experience in the semiconductor sector and works according to international standards. Quality and information security management are covered by ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. Customers are supported with regional flexibility and an international outlook in tackling complex technical challenges in microelectronics.
