About Ites Gummi- und Dichtungstechnik GmbH

Ites Gummi- und Dichtungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1999 by Gerd Ites in Emden and is a company in rubber and sealing technology operating throughout Europe. The product range includes rubber sheets and mats, gaskets made of rubber, plastics and fibre materials, foamed and cellular materials, profiles and moulded parts, anti-slip mats for load securing, as well as conveyor belts and elevator belts. Manufacturing is carried out, among other methods, by CNC-controlled punching technology, waterjet cutting at an operating pressure of around 4,000 bar, CNC plotter production with oscillating cutting knives on a working area of 1.55 × 6.0 m, splitting technology as well as manual custom manufacturing including vulcanization and lamination. Materials include NR/SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, silicone, polyurethane, PTFE and Klingersil. Customers are found in industries such as mining, mill and plant engineering, mechanical engineering, shipyards, wind energy, automotive, power plants and rail transport. Common gasket sheets and mats are stocked on 8,300 m² of warehouse space, of which 6,200 m² is covered; delivery takes place throughout Germany within 24 hours.
