ITM Kunststofftechnik GmbH develops, designs and produces technical plastic articles using the injection moulding process and manufactures injection moulds under its own management. The in-house toolmaking department works with CAD/CAM, high-speed milling, CNC machining centres and die-sinking EDM. Materials processed include ABS, PP, PE, PC/ABS T85, PA6 GF, POM as well as recycled material and raw materials from renewable, biodegradable sources. Specialities are small starter parts from 0.1 grams shot weight and the overmoulding of ball bearings and thin-section bearings. Customer industries include optics, precision engineering, electrical engineering and medical technology, the automotive industry, laboratory, construction (roof, window, façade) and consumer goods. In addition, the company offers assembly, kitting, pad printing and hot stamping. The company is headquartered in Bad Kreuznach, Rhineland-Palatinate.
