About ITM Power
ITM Power plc develops, manufactures and integrates electrolysers based on proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology, which produce green hydrogen from renewable electricity and tap water. The hydrogen is used for mobility, power-to-X and industrial applications. The product portfolio includes module series such as TRIDENT, NEPTUNE II, NEPTUNE V and POSEIDON as well as, with ALPHA 50, fully integrated 50-MW hydrogen plants with high energy efficiency and second-fast load changes. The company is headquartered in Sheffield (UK) at Bessemer Park, the world's largest electrolyser factory with an annual capacity of 1 GW; two further sites are located in Sheffield, plus a branch of ITM Power GmbH in Hesse (Germany). Customers include Linde, Shell, RWE, Yara, Sumitomo, Tokyo Gas, Snam and Deutsche Bahn AG; reference projects range from REFHYNE (Shell, Wesseling) via Herøya (Yara, green ammonia, Norway) to Lingen (RWE, 2 × 100 MW). In 2004, ITM Power was the first listed hydrogen company on the London Stock Exchange.
