About itschi

itschi manufactures a modular wooden furniture system from solid oak in Switzerland. The product range includes bookshelves, sideboards with drawers or sliding doors, chests of drawers, office furniture as well as other home and retail fittings. All individual components are produced in-house; thanks to a simple connecting system, the furniture can be assembled and disassembled, reconfigured and extended at any time without causing damage to the furniture. The sliding doors are made of powder-coated sheet metal and are magnetic; doors and shelves are also available in white sprayed lacquer finish. Services include an online configurator, the option of self-assembly by ordering individual parts without pre-assembly, self-oiling of untreated furniture, and repair and replacement of individual parts. Advice and product samples are available at the showroom at Reitergasse 1 in Zurich, right next to the HB (main station). Production is local and sustainable, using the renewable raw material solid wood.
