IWB Industrietechnik GmbH is a manufacturing and development company with core competencies in conveyor technology, CNC machining, additive manufacturing and assembly. In the field of conveyor technology, the company offers modular conveyor belts with installation heights from 10 to 100 mm as part of its Minitrans® series, including Z-shaped incline conveyors, active and passive roller conveyors, cash register belt systems and components for background logistics such as bottle collection tables and crate roller conveyors. Based on this modular system, IWB develops customer-specific automation and custom solutions up to ready-to-install complete solutions with control, sensor technology and peripherals. In its own production, CNC milled parts are manufactured on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers as well as HSC milling machines – from single parts to series production – as well as CNC turned parts. In addition, IWB offers 3D printing for prototypes and series parts including CNC post-processing, laser marking for traceability, the production of aluminum front panels with sub-surface anodized printing, and the PartLoader for automating machine loading. Customers include companies from logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, the solar industry, retail and deposit return systems.
