IWE Elektroanlagen GmbH, based in Mühlacker-Enzberg, has been active in the field of standby power systems and emergency power supply since its founding more than 50 years ago. The company develops, installs and maintains standby power systems and generator sets with diesel, petrol or gas drive engines in the standard power range up to 2000 kVA. The portfolio includes stationary, portable, containerized, trailer-mounted and rental generator sets as well as special versions such as combined heat and power (CHP), fast-response generator sets with a switchover time of approximately 0.1 seconds, instantaneous-response generator sets and welding generators. In addition to delivery and installation, IWE handles the planning of new systems, the expansion of existing systems, maintenance, repair and 24/7 emergency call-outs as well as spare parts shipping. Customers come from healthcare, industry, construction, agriculture, the public sector as well as power plants, heating plants, wastewater treatment plants, hotels and stadiums. A quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, certified by DEKRA, accompanies development, installation and maintenance.
